All delivery options include the compensation by Royal Mail if the parcel is lost. Delivery time is estimate according to Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com).
Tracked, guaranteed by 1pm (excl. weekends) – £7.14
You will receive a tracking number and will be able to track the parcel. It needs to be signed when received.
Signed (1st class), 2-3 working days – £5.09
Needs to be signed when received.
Signed (2nd class), 3-4 working days – £4.59
Needs to be signed when received.
Standard, 4 working days – £3.59
We provide our customers 3 options of delivery in London:
Pick up @ London College of Fashion, High Holborn – free
The picking up day and time are the subject to negotiate due to the opening times of campus and our studying/working hours.
Delivery in 1-2 zones – £2.50
The estimate delivery is 1-2 days.
The exact day and time are the subject to negotiate.

Check the following list in order to see what delivery options are suitable for you country.
STEP 2
Check this map in order to define what world zone your country belongs to (according to Royal Mail).

STEP 3
Choose a delivery option (described below) suitable for you, considering available delivery service (from Step 1), your country status (from Step 2) and the price level.
(Sorry, if it sounds confusing, we have struggled with understanding Royal Mail system too).
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Here is a list of available delivery options via Royal Mail.
'Tracking' means online tracking of proceeding the delivery by a tracking number you'll receive.
'Signed' means you'll need to sign a paper to prove you've received your parcel (we will know that POMs are with you via online).
NB: delivery time is provided by Royal Mail and may not consider your country customs permits and policies. We are feeling sorry for that, but this is life.
International Tracked & Signed
Provides: full end-to-end tracking and a signature when receiving the parcel.
EU: 3-5 working days, £9.29
World Zone 1: 5-7 working days, £9.94
World Zone 2: 5-7 working days, £10.14
International Tracked
Provides: full end-to-end tracking and NO signature when receiving the parcel.
EU: 3-5 working days, £11.01
World Zone 1: 5-7 working days, £9.94
World Zone 2: 5-7 working days, £10.14
International Signed
Provides: tracking only in the UK, with a signature when receiving the parcel.
EU: 3-5 working days, £9.29
World Zone 1: 5-7 working days, £9.94

International Standard
Provides: no tracking, just receiving.
EU: 3-5 working days, £4.49
World Zone 1: 5-7 working days, £5.14

International Economy
Provides: same price for all countries, but takes way too long to receive the parcel.
Western Europe: up to 2 weeks, £4.24
Eastern Europe: up to 5 weeks, £4.24
North America: up to 6 weeks, £4.24
South America, Africa, Asia: up to 8 weeks, £4.24
Australia: up to 12 weeks, £4.24

What is our Returns Policy for Faulty and Damaged Items?
At POM London we want to ensure that you love our POMs as much as we do. Therefore if you have any problems with your POMs please get in touch with us and let us know about any queries that you might have.
Our returns policy states that we will offer either an exchange or a full refund for any faulty products within 2 weeks of purchase. Exceptions may be possible if you get in touch with us to ask directly. However, we cannot make any guarantees.
